chocolate milk is an excellent sports drink

Ever since I read a book about the four R's of muscle recovery, I thought chocolate milk would make an excellent recovery drink.  Some of my teammates on the cycling team made fun of me, and the beverage was not at all portable, but it is an excellent choice, as evidenced by this new research: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/02/24/health/webmd/main1342839.shtml
